CANCELLATIONS:

 

Please understand that time has been reserved especially for you and your unique needs. If you find that you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly allow a minimum of 4 hours advance notice.

 

 

ARRIVAL TIME:

 

A timely arrival will allow for a complete, whole experience. Arriving a few minutes early to decompress will allow for a more successful treatment. A drink of water and a visit to the restroom is always recommended prior to service.

DUTY TO INFORM:

 

ERICA VITALITY is dedicated to honest and safe services. Should any condition arise that may compromise your service, results, or safety, please inform immediately. This includes changes in health conditions, medications (started/stopped/adjusted), recent injuries, surgeries or illness. If you are unsure how this change will affect your treatment or results, please contact me. Often, there are alternatives to allow some type of service to still be performed, safely. The exception will be any symptoms perceived to be related to COVID-19 - no services can be performed until symptoms subside and/or quarantine period has been completed.

GRATUITIES/TIPPING:

Giving feedback in the form of referrals, reviews, social media shout-outs, and in-person comments are the most welcome of gratuities. Tipping, while never expected or required, is always greatly appreciated.
