My name is Erica, and I am an intuition-guided, flow-state, licensed therapist

with 2o years of deep holistic knowledge of body, skin, energy.

​

Throughout the many years, I have had the privilege of working in top rated

wellness facilities and sports complexes  - enriching my experience and

hands-on knowledge, while continuing to expand my skillset and further my

understanding of how to support the human body. Years of working within the 

parameters became limiting and I found my intuition as a reliable influence to

my practice. As I began to lean further into my intuition, the effects of my work 

changed and the results became more profound for my patients. The more I experimented with flow-state and blending protocols, the more I discovered my natural talent for holistic wellness, and, over time, combined my own holistic therapies into one seamless style.

It is important to me that my patients have confidence in my expertise and execution of my work. My methods are non-traditional and my approach often differs from experiences with other therapists. Communication is an integral piece of the holistic puzzle. These therapies work best when the patient is an active participant in the plan. Asking questions and engaging in casual conversations often leads to insights that guide the sessions and offers more in the way of long-term results. And laughs. I strive to make the therapy enjoyable.

I hold active licenses in bodywork and skincare in California, as well as certifications for Thai Yoga I/II/III,

Stick Mobility, Myofascial Decompression (body and facial cupping), Master Reiki, Reflexology, Spinal Touch I/II, with extensive knowledge in the movement of muscles, bones, joints, fascia, energy, blood and lymph.

I am a native of Los Angeles (Dodgers!), and spent some years in the mountains of Utah, snowboarding and collecting educations. Once destined for a career in geophysics, more specifically volcanoes, I took a wildly unexpected turn toward holistic wellness and never looked back. This is my calling, though volcanoes are still very exciting.
